I can't think of you without smiling. You are just such a funny little person. You have such a silly demeanor and you are so mischievous. We can't look away from you for even a moment you are into something you shouldn't be. Just the other day you covered your lips in mascara thinking it was "stick." Your mouth was as black as the night sky. "Stick" is your downfall, Eric took it away from you the other day and you would have thought the world was ending. The next day when you woke up your first words were "Eric mean." I mean how can you not laugh.
With school back in the swing of things we are as well. Lots of football games and seeing Mr. Hawk. Eric had his very first home game ever and we had a great time you especially have starting loving the school band, it is so enjoyable to watch your body start moving when you hear music it is like you can just feel it. What a terrific gift! We enjoy singing in the car, "Ring around the Rosie," "ABC's," "Twinkle Twinkle," "Go Cubs Go" we are just a bunch of singing machines. I have loved so much to listen to your vocabulary change and how adorable your little voice is. It is such a match to your magnetic personality and priceless facial expressions. You, like you sister, are as unique in your own interests and ways as the outfits you pick out. Yesterday was a Butler sweatshirt, some crazy pajama pants, and cowboy boots 3 sizes too big. As you would say, "Pretty." Your vocab and speech have grown as I mentioned but you still have a mispronunciation with certain phonics and words but it is too much how you call your sister , Yarli..... no need to correct it is too cute!
Since turning two we have had monumental life experiences like moving in our new house, getting a new room, actually two rooms, one with a princess bed and one with a crib, which you have slept in twice in the month we have lived there. Getting skunked, having to relocate to Grandma's overnight, Crazy Presidential debates, to the Cubs 2 wins away from a World Series birth!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!! Life right now is really, really good. You are as healthy and cute as can be and just as happy and funny as EVER! I really don't know if this is a good thing at two but you are still my little baby and still have the faintest little cry when you want something or don't get your way. You also have a temper that is beyond and when you are mad watch out! You cuddle so much and love to be around people, which is a good thing since you can be trusted alone! We still let you have woobie at night..... you are a woobie addict and it is really hard especially because you love woobie. We just need to start the decline of woobie for the sake of your teeth. You saw the dentist for the first time and you were such a good girl, you and Charli both. Charli had her teeth cleaned for the very first time! No more grinchers.
You love to follow Charli around and do what she does. How fun to have a sister and play dress up all day with thousands of clothes to pick from and then have a Mommy who puts it all back. What a life! Oh and a Mommy to make you great food that sometimes you eat all of and sometimes you give to the dogs. My little Monkey is what you are, completely fearless of hazards and anything you should be afraid of and full of fear when it comes to the dark and anyone in a costume, like Mr. Hawk. At time you want to make sure all the blinds are closed and that we hold you. My little baby girl.
Over the last 6 weeks we have been able to go out more and enjoy having a family dinner it may not be for a long period of time but it is nice to get out. We have hung out with cousins and new friends and even had a former student do a photoshoot of you and Charli in downtown Palatine. With Halloween coming up we have some fun parties to go to and are going to have friends come Trick or Treat in our new neighborhood. You still have a great time at Kathy's and love your boyfriend Beckett and girlfriends Maria and Despina so your days are filled with, adventure, fun, and laughter. Lately you have been letting us know you are ready for potty on the toilet when you take your diaper off anywhere you are and at nap time. Even the poopy ones. You think poopy is so funny and tooties are even funnier. You try so hard to make yourself toot so you can laugh and say "I tooty." It is hysterical. You bring so much joy to each day and so much wonderful chaos. What a great life, thank you baby, love you baby.
