Announcing Little Sister Collins: 2 months on Mommy's Birthday!

Danica has been so busy since turning 2 months old. We kicked it off with her 2 month Doctor Appointment where she received 4 shots and with the help of Charli she was very brave. Danica weighed in close to 12 lbs. which places her in the 75th percentile for both height and weight. We celebrated with a hibachi style dinner and took a family picture at the restaurant for Mommy's birthday after the appointment. Next celebration was Halloween which we celebrated three different times that included a 50 degree weather change! Danica was piglet for Halloween whereas Charli was a Fairy, Piglet, and Pooh for her costume changes, one day included a .3k we all did as a family before trick or treating in the South Barrington Arboretum. We have also managed to do our sfair hare of shopping, going on walks, and dining out as a family and with friends. Danica continues to sleep quite a big portion of the day eating about every 2-3 hours. She is very vocal about what she wants. Her favorite places are the changing table and the bath tub. She gets so excited, arms flaling everywhere, as well as lots of giggles and cooes. She also loves to stand up, she is so strong that at times it feels like she is standing all on her own. As far as her head she is so strong, lifting it up and being able to hold it up while sitting with assistance. If you can believe it just like her big sister she doesn't even budge from the dogs bark. She lights up when Dan, Charli, or I are near here. She has the biggest smile, blue eyes, and spiky hair (sound familiar). Her baby acne has almost disappeared and her cradle is also on its way out. What a beautiful attentive little baby she is and these first 2 months have been amazing.
